Happy new year!

Happy new year!

hey :)
I made this playlist on Spotify, for a Saturday afternoon, or just whenever you feel like listening to music. There are some “new” songs, and also (mostly…) “old” songs. There are sad songs and happy songs. Click on “PLAYLIST” to open the link :).
Let me know what you think :)

ps: it says that it’s from Thijs van Schadewijk, cause that’s my Dad, and I’m using his account on Spotify, haha :)
Hiiii :)
This post is going to be about Emma Watson and Shailene Woodley. They’re two of my favorite actresses, and I think they’re both inspiring girls. I also love Rachel McAdams, by the way.
Shai So, about Shailene Woodley. The first movie I saw with Shailene in it was “Divergent”, based on the book. She was amazing. She really is Tris in that movie. When I saw “The Fault In Our Stars”, in which Shai has the role of Hazel, I found her an even better actress; while watching “The Fault In Our Stars”, I almost couldn’t believe it was the same actress as the one who played Tris. She still looks the same (despite her short hair in “The Fault In Our Stars”) but she acts so different. It doesn’t feel like the same person, it feels like Tris and Hazel. And that’s exactly how it should be. I also think Shailene is a nice person, I watched some interviews with her on YouTube, and she just feels so “real”. So, I guess all this explained why she’s one of my favorite actresses ;)
Emma I’ve always loved Emma. When I saw “Harry Potter” for the first time (I was 9 years old :)) Hermione was my favorite character. When I read magazines and Emma was on the cover, I was like really jealous of her, because I thought she was sooo pretty (I still think Emma’s really pretty by the way)! Anyway, she’s also just a really good actress. Of course she was really good in “Harry Potter”, but that’s certainly not the only movie in which I loved her. I saw “The Perks Of Being A Wallflower” not too long ago, and she is great as Sam! Just like Shailene Woodley, Emma also seems like a really nice person to me!
Who’s your favorite actress?

Autumn is coming, and everyone knows it. It’s a fact, and it makes some people, like me, very happy. It also makes some people kind of sad. I want to make everyone’s autumn a little better, even if you already like autumn (yay! :)). It’s the time for watching movies all day, baking cake, drinking hot chocolate, wearing sweaters. If you don’t know which movie you should watch, this is the post for you, cause I am going to share my favorite movies and TV shows with you :)
Favorite movies:
- The fault in our stars, I don’t think I need to tell you what it’s about, haha :)
- Clueless, a romantic movie about popular girls and a makeover. Do I need to say more? :)
- Notting Hill, the ultimate romantic movie about a love between a famous actress and a random guy from Notting Hill.
- Divergent, just like ‘the fault in our stars’ I don’t think I need to tell you what it’s about :)
- High School Musical, perfect for a girls night :)
Favorite TV shows:
- Gossip Girl, oh my god, I LOVE that show! It’s about rich teenagers in New York, and way more interesting than it sounds :)
- New Girl, it’s just really funny :)
- Modern Family, also really funny, AND very ‘real’, if you know what I mean.. :)
I hope you’ll have fun watching these, and that you’ll have a wonderful autumn :)

I took some photos, and those are the ones I really like, so I wanted to share them with you.
Do you like them too? I’d love to hear what you think about them, so please let me know!
I know almost everyone has already read TFIOS by John Green, but I’m reading it right now - and for the ones who haven’t read TFIOS yet, I’m writing this review. Because I LOVE the book.
So first you have to know a bit what the book is about;
It’s about Hazel, who has cancer which can’t be healed. With a special medicine she can live longer, but no one knows for how long. When she meets Augustus, who has survived cancer, everything changes. Hazel tells Augustus about her favorite book, An Imperial Affliction, which ends in the middle of a sentence. The author lives in Amsterdam, and Hazel and Augustus wanna go there, to ask the author some questions about the end of the book..
I already told you I really like the book, and that’s also because I like the way John Green writes, but, of course, it’s not the only reason. Another thing I like about the book, is that you’re going to know Hazel like she is you. I like it when I’m knowing the characters in the book better and better while reading :). And it’s just a good story.
I would really like it if you’re going to read it now - it’s worth it!

ps. I bought the book in IBooks for only 4 euros!
